We're a small family-owned and operated business established in 2024, born from our own experience transitioning from city life to country living.
When we first moved to East Tennessee, we discovered firsthand the challenges of finding quality temporary housing while searching for our perfect homestead.
During our relocation journey, we wished we'd had the luxury of time to thoroughly research different areas and wait for the right property to come on the market.
Instead, like many families, we felt rushed by short-term accommodations that weren't designed for extended stays.
This experience inspired us to create Rent East Tennessee—a solution for others making similar transitions. We now offer what we wished we'd had: comfortable, well-appointed properties available for extended stays that give people the breathing room to make thoughtful decisions about where to put down roots.
