Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. Guests may smoke outdoors but must dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. An additional cleaning fee of $300 will be charged if smoking occurs indoors.
How many guests can stay at the property?
The maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Additional guests or visitors are not permitted without prior approval.
Is there parking available?
Yes, free on-site parking is available for up to two vehicles.

Yes, the home is family-friendly; however, please supervise children at all times, especially in the backyard near the stream, as rocks may be slippery.

Are there any additional fees?
In addition to the nightly rate, the following fees may apply:
Cleaning Fee: $500
Taxes: State Sales Tax (7%), Local Sales Tax (2.5%), and Hotel/Motel Occupancy Tax (7%)
All fees will be clearly itemized during booking.
Can I host a party or event at the property?
No, parties or events are not allowed without prior approval. Violations may result in immediate eviction without refund and additional fees for damages or cleaning.
Is there air conditioning/heating in the home?
Yes, the home has central heating and air conditioning to keep you comfortable year-round.
What should I bring with me?
We provide all essentials such as linens, towels, basic toiletries (shampoo, soap), and a fully stocked kitchen with cookware and utensils. You may want to bring personal items like specialty toiletries or groceries for meal preparation.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 7 days before arrival will receive a full refund of the initial deposit.
Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Yes! The home is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi for your convenience.
