By completing and submitting this form, the undersigned hereby agrees to waive, release, and forever discharge Hickory Cove, LLC, its affiliates, owners, managers, members, agents, employees, staff, volunteers, heirs, executors, administrators, representatives, successors, and assigns from any claims arising from physical or personal injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, temporary or permanent disability, loss of life, and any property damage that may occur, whether caused by fire, theft, vandalism, water- or land-related accidents, natural events, or any other incidents or mishaps.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISKS
The undersigned Residents and all individuals entering Hickory Cove, LLC's property acknowledge and accept that there are certain risks of physical injury, property damage, and inherent potential dangers of the activities conducted within (or upon) the Hickory Cove, LLC RV Sites. These risks include but are not limited to: livestock encounters, electric fences, uneven or unlit terrain, open flames or fire pits, water hazards, weather-related dangers, wild animals, poisonous plants, insect bites or stings, dangerous equipment, limited emergency access, and potential interactions with other guests.
Specifically, we acknowledge that:
We understand that injuries, losses, or damages may occur due to our own actions, the actions of others, or unsafe conditions on the premises, as well as risks related to travel to and from the property. Nonetheless, we assume full responsibility for any and all risks, both known and unknown.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
Hickory Cove, LLC shall not be held liable for any errors, omissions, acts, or failures to act by any party or entity involved in conducting a specific event or activity. By signing this waiver, I fully understand that I am voluntarily waiving any rights to bring legal action against Hickory Cove, LLC for personal injury or property damage, even if caused by negligence.
This waiver of liability shall remain in full effect for the entire duration of my stay at Hickory Cove, LLC.
WATER FEATURES, DECKS, AND STRUCTURAL RISK AREAS
We understand that activities around water, including but not limited to swimming, boating, camping, and other recreational activities, are undertaken at our own risk. We acknowledge that there are no lifeguards on duty, and life jackets are strongly recommended for all individuals entering the water. We acknowledge that the property may contain decks, walkways, or water features such as ponds or runoff areas, and that decks may lack standard railings or handrails. We agree to exercise extreme caution and assume all associated risks.
FARM SAFETY & EQUIPMENT
We understand and acknowledge that the premises are located on a working farm with farm equipment, livestock, electric fencing, and other hazards. Entry into fenced or operational areas is prohibited. We assume full responsibility and waive all claims related to these risks.
ORGANIC ORCHARD AND COMMUNITY GARDEN RISKS
We acknowledge that access to and participation in activities related to the organic orchard and community garden present additional risks, including but not limited to:
We voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities and agree that Hickory Cove, LLC shall not be liable for any injuries, allergic reactions, illnesses, or other harm arising from use of the orchard or garden areas.
SMOKING, VAPING, AND DRUG PROHIBITION
We acknowledge and agree that smoking and vaping of any kind (including but not limited to tobacco, marijuana, and electronic cigarettes) is strictly prohibited throughout the entire property. Additionally, the possession, use, sale, or manufacturing of illegal drugs or controlled substances without valid prescription is absolutely prohibited. We understand that violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of occupancy rights.
SABBATH OBSERVANCE
We acknowledge and respect that Hickory Cove, LLC observes the Sabbath as a day of rest. During this time (from sunset Friday to sunset Saturday), the property owners and staff do not perform work activities or conduct business transactions. Non-emergency maintenance requests, check-ins/check-outs, and other services will not be available during Sabbath hours. We understand and agree to plan accordingly, respecting this religious observance by scheduling our arrival, departure, and any service needs outside of Sabbath hours.
PET LIABILITY
We agree to supervise and restrain all pets at all times. Pets must be non-aggressive, leashed, and never left unattended. We assume all liability for damages or injury caused by our pets. Pet waste must be cleaned up immediately or a fee may be imposed.
PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA RELEASE
By entering the premises, we grant Hickory Cove, LLC permission to photograph or video record us or our RV site (excluding inside the RV) for promotional purposes. No compensation shall be given.
EMERGENCY ACCESS & COMMUNICATION
We understand that the property is in a rural area where emergency response may be delayed. Cell service may be limited. We should have a charged mobile device and basic first aid supplies on hand.
INDEMNIFICATION
In addition, we agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hickory Cove, LLC from any and all claims, lawsuits, or actions brought against them for liability, damages, or compensation arising from our presence on the property, including attorney fees and related costs.
GUESTS AND INVITEES
This waiver extends to all persons who enter the premises at our invitation or with our permission. We assume full responsibility for the behavior and safety of all guests, invitees, and visitors.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND VOLUNTARY SIGNATURE
We certify that we have read this Agreement in its entirety, understand its terms, and voluntarily agree to its conditions. We acknowledge that we have had the opportunity to seek legal counsel before signing this Agreement.

- There is a deck on Hickory Cove, LLC's property with no handrail or railing surrounding this deck
- Water features may be present but are not monitored or lifeguarded

- Sun exposure and related concerns (heat stroke, sunburn, etc.)
We voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities and agree that Hickory Cove, LLC shall not be liable for any injuries, allergic reactions, illnesses, or other harm arising from use of the orchard or garden areas.
