Waiver of Liability

Before staying at Providential Pastures, all guests must complete our liability waiver. As a working regenerative farm, our property includes natural elements that require awareness and caution:

Farm Infrastructure – Electric fencing, animal enclosures, agricultural equipment, and working areas that are necessary for farm operations

Natural Terrain – Uneven ground, sloped areas, creek beds, and natural obstacles typical of rural properties

Seasonal Conditions – Weather-dependent conditions including mud, ice, or other seasonal hazards

Your safety is our priority, which is why we require acknowledgment of these farm realities before your visit. Our insurance also requires this documentation for all guests.
